About the role
- Develop and execute sales strategies for all business units (Clinics, Dental Material Supplies, Jewelry, and Beauty Centers).
- Drive revenue growth across both wholesale distribution (dental materials) and retail channels (clinics, jewelry, and beauty centers).
- Lead, mentor, and align the sales teams across the different business divisions to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Build high-level relationships with B2B clients, clinic partners, and premium retail customers.
- Track overall sales performance, analyze market trends, and report directly to the COO and CEO.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably in Beauty Care, clinic, or service business.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Good understanding of operations, customer service, and performance management.
- Ability to analyze business results and make practical decisions to improve outcomes.
- Professional, organized, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Experience handling staff supervision, scheduling, and administrative processes.
- Proficiency in English; Khmer language skills are an advantage.
