ABOUT THE ROLE
Project Manager will lead the end-to-end execution of complex high-rise and landed developments while ensuring all projects meet strict quality, cost, time, and compliance targets through effective stakeholder and contractor management.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Direct the complete lifecycle of projects from inception to completion, including the development of master programs, milestone schedules, and the management of all necessary statutory permits and approvals.
Oversee the development budget and monitor cost performance, while working alongside quantity surveyors to mitigate financial risks, manage cash flows, and handle variations or claims.
Manage the end-to-end tender and appointment process, ensuring high-level performance, clear communication, and defined responsibilities among all project partners.
Proactively identify project risks to develop mitigation strategies while ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks, company policies, and authority engagement requirements.
Maintain transparency through regular updates to senior management, the production of detailed progress reports and dashboards, and the documentation of key project decisions.
Uphold and audit site work against quality, safety, and ESG policies to promote best practices and continuous operational improvement.
Coordinate all aspects of practical completion, including defect rectification, documentation, and operational readiness to ensure a smooth transition to facility management teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, the Built Environment, or a related field.
A minimum of 9 years of professional experience in construction management or real estate development in a leadership capacity, with proven success in high-rise or large-scale mixed-use developments.
Comprehensive understanding of local construction practices, procurement methods, and authority processes; preference is given to Cambodian nationals.
Demonstrated strength in leadership, complex problem-solving, decision-making, and budget/contract management.
Proven ability to communicate effectively across diverse disciplines and professional seniority levels.
Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project. Added Advantage: Knowledge of ESG principles and sustainable building practices.
