The STEM Supervisor is responsible for leading, enhancing, and expanding the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) program. This role focuses on guiding teachers in integrating STEM concepts, AI tools, and robotics into the existing curriculum, while driving student excellence through participation in competitions and Olympiads.
- Collaborate directly with Science, Math, and Technology teachers to integrate hands-on STEM concepts, AI fundamentals, and robotics projects into the current curriculum.
- Prepare, guide, and support students to participate in STEM Olympiads, robotics leagues, AI challenges, and other academic competitions.
- Oversee the practical application of robotics kits, coding programs, and basic AI applications in classroom instruction and extracurricular clubs.
- Assist teachers in adopting innovative, project-based learning methods and using modern educational technology and robotics tools effectively.
- Organize school-wide STEM events, robotics showcases, AI shops, and science fairs to build student enthusiasm.
- Select, organize, and maintain STEM classroom tools, robotics equipment, and relevant software/hardware.
