The Enterprise Market program is designed to address the gaps for small businesses that still struggle to participate effectively in tourism-driven markets due to weak product presentation, unattractive booth setup, low visibility, and limited connections with tourism actors such as hotels, tour operators, and travel service providers.
The program will pursue the following objectives: To improve the visual appeal and functionality of vendor booths for selected local SMEs and startups.
To strengthen the business readiness of participating enterprises through practical coaching and light-touch advisory support.
To increase visibility and sales opportunities for local vendors by linking them to tourism companies and visitor-facing market channels.
To promote stronger participation of local enterprises in Siem Reap’s tourism economy.
Program Component: Booth Upgrade Support, Business Mentoring and Coaching, Commercial Linkages with Tourism Actors.
Target Beneficiaries: Local SMEs and Entrepreneurs.
Beneficiaries Selection: Locally made or locally rooted products and services, Strong potential for tourism-facing sales, Need for support in presentation, promotion, and market access, Commitment to participating in coaching and networking.
Requirements
Interested implementers/partners are required to submit sealed proposals and other required documents for Business and Product Matching.
The required documents include: Company Profile, Company Registration (e.g., Patent & VAT Certificates or other licenses with relevant authorities), Concept notes or proposals, including a brief activity plan and team member profiles, Detailed budget plan of program arrangements and timelines, Samples of previous projects, Expected results of the program.
