About the role

The Incubation and Capacity Development Program under the Sustainable Coastal and Marine Fisheries (SCMF) Project aims to empower ventures encompassing marine enterprises, marine-related enterprises, and non-fed mariculture enterprises.
The program comprises three main activities: Incubation Training, Enterprise Engagement and Formation, and Feasibility Study of Marine.
The Incubation Training program aims to support selected ventures by enhancing their capabilities in planning, neting, operational and growth strategies, market testing and evaluation, risk management and mitigation, and identifying market opportunities stemming from ESG principles.
The Enterprise Engagement and Formation program assists selected ventures in their transformation into formal enterprises through enterprise structure diagnostics, consultation on incremental investment for upscaling or product value adding, consultation on market linkage, and consultation on registration and enterprise formation.
The Feasibility Study of Marine seeks to evaluate proposed investments required for upgrades and ascertain their eligibility for support through seed grants, focusing on post-harvest enterprises to identify investment necessities for modernizing operations and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
