About the role
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service and smooth travel experiences throughout their journey.
- Communicate with guests online regarding tour programs, travel arrangements, and service-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with hotels, guides, transport providers, and local suppliers to ensure service quality.
- Monitor and maintain company service standards during tours and site visits.
- Build strong relationships with guests and destination partners.
- Prepare service inspection and guest feedback reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in enhancing guest experiences and developing new travel experiences/products.
- Provide on-site support for VIP guests or special travel arrangements when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, , or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in tourism, hospitality, guest relations, or tour operations.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Flexible and willing to travel frequently across Indochina.
- Strong interal skills and cultural awareness.
- Strong command of English; additional regional s are an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel-related systems/tools.
