Description

Operations Management Oversee 24/7 operations of all utility systems, ensuring reliable services and minimal disruptions. Manage MV 22 kV and LV 400 V power distribution, water supply, wastewater treatment, water reuse, roads, drainage, telecommunications, and waste management. Monitor system performance and coordinate emergency responses to maintain operational continuity. 2. Maintenance Management Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. Establish SOPs, maintenance s, and asset management systems. Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and reliability improvement initiatives. 3. Budget & Resource Management Prepare and control OPEX/CAPEX budgets and maintenance costs. Manage spare parts, tools, equipment, and technical resources efficiently. 4. Compliance, EHS & Safety Ensure compliance with applicable laws, technical standards, and environmental and safety requirements. Implement risk assessments, electrical safety procedures, and emergency response plans. Coordinate with relevant authorities, utility providers, and stakeholders. 5. Team & Vendor Management Lead and develop engineers, technicians, and O&M nel. Supervise contractors to ensure quality, safety, cost control, and timely completion. Establish duty rosters and escalation procedures to support 24/7 operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering Strong technical expertise in MV 22 kV and LV 400 V electrical distribution systems, substations, transformers, switchgear, and protection systems.
Proven experience managing critical utilities and infrastructure requiring 24/7 operations.
Experience in maintenance planning, troubleshooting, budgeting, contractor management, and team leadership.
Willing to be based at the SEZ site and provide operational support during emergencies or outside normal ing hours as required.
