Description

Issue invoice to customers using the correct price list.
Review customers' aging on a regular basis.
Prepare customer statement.
Call in follow up payment and improving customer relations.
Prepare and arrange cash/cheque deposits to bank on daily basis.
Cheque/Cash collection report and posting daily bank transfers in accounting system.
Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss with senior AR.
Prepare banks reconciliation.
Other tasks assigned by Senior AR/ FM.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Accounting experience, preferably in automotive, spare parts, or FMCG trading for 1 year.
Proficient in ERP systems (Odoo system is plus).
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Sumif, Sumifs,...).
Good communication/Negotiation and Problem-solving skill.
