Provide support of the WVS Cambodia administrative team mostly in finance, HR, project management, communication and overall administrative tasks. The employment location is split between several locations, which are at our international training center at the Royal University of Agriculture), our clinic in Boeung Tumpun and our Mission Rabies project location in Chak Angre Leu.

Monitor supplies including monthly stock count and supplies orders and coordinate with suppliers/service providers to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and quality. Support the Office Manager with financial preparations, records and reports. Closely coordinate and collaborate with the Mission Rabies Project Manager and Operations Coordinator regarding Mission Rabies related tasks and responsibilities. Maintain an organized work environment and filing system (both digital and physical) to ensure accurate record-keeping. Run errands such as visits to government departments and ministries, as well as preparing relevant documents and reports as required. Perform HR-related administrative tasks, such as the onboarding/offboarding process of employees, MOL staff registrations, NSSF records, salary calculations, leave management, and any other required HR documents and procedures. Plan and make all relevant arrangements for international visitors (e.g. taskforce, students, WVS colleagues). Manage time and solve problems independently to assure efficiency and high work standards. Be open and available for occasional shift changes and be available to work on selected national holidays and weekends. Provide any other administrative and project support as needed.
Animal Rescue Cambodia (ARC) is a local non-profit organization that works tirelessly to end suffering for dogs and cats on the streets of Cambodia. We are committed to sustainable and long-lasting change in Cambodia, and work closely with local communities. Our approach includes neutering, combating the dog and cat meat trade, outreach and education to improve the quality of veterinary care. We also run a small adoption center. Our ultimate goal is to shape human behavior towards kindness for animals, instilling a culture of compassion and creating a safer and happier environment for both animals and humans.
