About the role

The candidate will be responsible for organizing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and drive sales for the store.
Responsibilities: Organize and implement online and offline marketing strategies to expand the market and increase sales.
Create and manage creative content for Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
Prepare plans for promoting new menus, discount programs, and special store events.
Shoot and produce attractive photos or short videos for social media promotion.
Analyze market trends, study customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the store operations team to ensure a great customer experience aligned with the brand identity.
Build and maintain good relationships with Influencers, Media Partners, KOLs, and VIP customers.
Monitor and evaluate the results of promotional campaigns and prepare reports to improve work efficiency.
Support sales activities and contribute to achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

Experience working in marketing or sales for 1 to 2 years at least.
Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector will be given special consideration.
Creative and enjoys creating content or short videos for Facebook and TikTok.
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or other image and video editing software is a priority.
Good communication skills, able to work in a team, and flexible in work.
High responsibility, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Interest and passion for working in the food industry and customer service.
