Description

Design and lead practical implementation of interventions on the care economy, inclusive employment, or entrepreneurship.
Support monitoring, evaluation and research related to GEDSI interventions.
Support communications and advocacy related to interventions and closely collaborate with the public sector on GEDSI practices and principles.
Demonstrate a hands-on approach in driving inclusive practices within technical sectors and/or related sectors by leading and promoting cutting-edge inclusion thinking.
Provide practical guidance to team and partners on inclusive policy reforms and practices, particularly in the care economy.
Support technical staff to assess GEDSI needs, risks and opportunities.
