• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian Financial Reporting Standards (CFRS) and company policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, cash flow reports, and budget forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian tax regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, and withholding tax.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and handle tax audits with relevant authorities.
• Keep updated on local and international tax laws affecting both freight forwarding and healthcare sectors.
• Manage international financial transactions, including vendor payments and invoicing.
• Handle foreign exchange transactions and mitigate risks associated with currency fluctuations. with banks and financial institutions for cross-border financial operations.
• Conduct financial analysis to optimize operational costs in both freight forwarding and healthcare.
• Identify areas to improve profitability and enhance cost-efficiency.
• Assist in investment planning and capital allocation for expansion. closely with the regional and global finance teams to ensure financial alignment.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Provide financial reports and insights to senior management for strategic decision making.

3-5 years in finance/accounting (preferably in freight forwarding and/or healthcare) Fluent in English and Khmer (both written and spoken) Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field Expertise in: Cambodian taxation and accounting regulations, International financial transactions and foreign exchange management, ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Cargo wise or similar) Skills: Strong financial analysis and reporting skills, Ability to multi-task across different verticals, Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
