About the role
- Manage all export and import activities for garment raw materials, trims, accessories, machinery, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and government authorities.
- Ensure all shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, Form D, etc.) are accurate and submitted on time.
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade agreements, and company policies.
- Handle customs clearance issues and resolve shipment delays.
- Control logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Lead and coach the Export/Import team and prepare KPI reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Export/Import operations within a garment manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, shipping procedures, and international trade documentation.
- Good command of English communication and report writing.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
