About the role

Conduct professional training programs covering the full range of all remittance products and money transfer services.
Uplift employees’ skills and knowledge, enabling them to perform effectively and support the goals and objective.
Support system enhancement and testing, assist in developing procedures and training materials and ensure employees are kept informed of product, system, and process updates.
Manage and coordinate API integration projects and other payment systems with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Gather, analyse, and document requirements and process flows.
Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.
Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate project implementation and issue resolution.
Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production rollout activities.
Prepare project updates, reports, and relevant documentation as required.
Develop and update training materials for International Operations products including participate in system enhancement projects related to remittance and payment services.
Creation of procedures and maintain up-to-date information for effective training.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance and Banking or a related filed; At least 1 years Banking experience in related areas (Training, Remittance and/or Development).
Knowledge of remittance products, money transfer services, payment systems, and banking operations.
Experience in system testing (UAT) and process improvement initiatives is an advantage.
Experience in preparing training materials and delivering training programs is preferred.
Well-developed verbal and written communication, consultation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively deliver training and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
Capabilities of computer systems, software applications, and hardware, with the ability to effectively use banking systems, Microsoft Office applications, and other tools.
Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to independently as well as in a team environment.
Fluent English, both speaking and writing.
