Description

Establish a structured and sustainable Communication Department.
Ensure professional, coherent and timely institutional communication.
Secure Krousar Thmey’s digital communication channels and communication assets.
Increase visibility, credibility and audience engagement.
Strengthen the contribution of Communication to fundraising and partnership development.
Establish reliable communication systems that function independently of individual staff members.
Develop, implement and regularly update Krousar Thmey’s Communication Strategy and annual communication plan.
Maintain an editorial calendar aligned with programs, campaigns, international awareness days, fundraising priorities and institutional events.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, International Relations, Marketing or related fields.
Experience in NGOs, advocacy, or development is highly valued (Junior profile with interest to evolve fast toward Fundraising and Communication responsible) for 1 to 2 years as a minimum.
Strong writing and editing skills (Khmer and English, French is an asset).
Good understanding of digital communication, social media, website management and analytics.
Basic graphic design required (Canva, Adobe creative suits, etc.).
Photography and videography skills are an advantage.
Ability to effectively interact with government authorities, NGOs, donors, and private sector partners.
