Inventory Manager

Inventory Manager oversees the complete lifecycle of high-value raw materials and finished goods to maintain a lean, highly accurate supply chain aligned with factory production schedules

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Analyze production schedules to forecast raw material consumption (aluminum profiles, glass sheets, steel, timber, and hardware fittings) and coordinate with procurement to buffer against import lead-time variances.
• Direct receiving quality inspections for incoming stock, identifying defects prior to offloading and enforcing strict handling and storage protocols to prevent oxidation or damage.
• Design and execute weekly cycle-counting schedules across raw stock and finished goods, driving root-cause analysis on variances to maintain 100% ERP data integrity.
• Re-engineer warehouse layouts to optimize floor space, reduce pick-and-pack transit times, and guarantee the safe movement of heavy, fragile, and high-volume materials.
• Control daily raw material disbursements to factory lines while coordinating dispatch schedules and staging for finished designer furniture.
• Deliver accurate weekly inventory level, movement, and stock aging reports to executive leadership to guide working capital decisions.
• Enforce factory warehouse safety standards, ensuring mandatory PPE compliance for handling glass, heavy steel, and overhead loads.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse supervision, or factory logistics (furniture, aluminum, glass, or heavy manufacturing backgrounds preferred).
• Proven proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and advanced Microsoft Excel for data reconciliation and stock auditing.
• Solid grasp of warehouse design, raw material handling safety protocols, and cycle counting methodologies.
• Good command of spoken and written English for cross-departmental and vendor communication.
• Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving skills, and a safety-first mindset in a fast-paced production environment.
