About the role

1 Establish Group Treasury Governance Frame 1.1 Establish Group ALCO Charter and finalize reporting governance across all eligible group entities.
2 Develop and implement Group Treasury reporting templates, manuals, ALCO presentation packs, and monthly reporting instructions.
3 Implement treasury reporting requirements, including forward-looking reporting of outgoing payments, ad-hoc regulatory reports, and cash flow projections.
2 Strengthen Group Funding & Liquidity Management 2.1 Develop and implement funding allocation mechanisms and Group Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP) methodologies.
2 Assess, establish, and manage Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and funding structures supporting Group liquidity objectives.
3 Develop and maintain Funding & Liquidity Management Policy and Liquidity Pooling Policy across the Group.
3 Deploy Centralized Treasury Infrastructure 3.1 Develop treasury operational procedures, flows, tools, and payment control mechanisms for eligible entities.
2 Ensure treasury infrastructure supports centralized liquidity, reporting, and risk management requirements.
4 Enhance Treasury Risk & Control Environment 4.1 Develop Treasury Risk Management Policy covering liquidity risk, market risk, and counterparty credit risk.
2 Establish authorization matrices, governance controls, approval flows, and treasury operating standards.
3 Design and monitor payment control mechanisms to ensure timely and compliant settlement across subsidiaries.
5 Drive Treasury Transformation & Strategic Initiatives 5.1 Develop Global Treasury policies, methodologies, tax optimization frames, intercompany funding agreements, and treasury documentation.
2 Design treasury service model, service level agreements (SLAs), performance metrics, service quality indicators, and cost allocation principles.
3 Lead strategic treasury transformation initiatives, project charters, cases, implementation roadmaps, and change management programs.

Requirements

5+ years in Treasury, ALM, Liquidity Management, Corporate Finance or related field.
Experience managing banking relationships and capital market funding activities.
Treasury Management Cash Flow Forecasting Transfer Pricing and Tax Optimization Regulatory Reporting and Governance.
