About the role
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Lead branch opening, relocation, renovation, and closure projects.Ensure project milestones, timelines, budgets, and operational readiness requirements are achieved.Oversee branch setup, equipment installation, and operational readiness before launch.Support and ensure smooth branch operations across the branch network.Manage ATM cash operations, including cassette management, cash replenishment, and resolution of cash shortages/discrepancies.Conduct branch assurance reviews to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and operational standards.Coordinate operational support and staff deployment to branches experiencing manpower shortages.Provide temporary branch operational coverage when required.Work closely with branch management to ensure uninterrupted customer service.Conduct branch assurance reviews and operational checks to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Identify operational risks, control weaknesses, and process gaps.Recommend corrective actions and monitor implementation of action plans.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in branch banking, branch operations, or banking operations.Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or management role.Experience in branch setup projects, operational support, compliance reviews, or ATM management is highly preferred.Strong understanding of branch operations and banking procedures & knowledge of operational risk management and regulatory complianceProject management and stakeholder coordination skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
