About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will support the full range of human resources activities, including employee administration, payroll coordination, HR compliance, and employee relations, while helping create a positive and productive place.
Manage employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Prepare employment contracts and HR-related documents.
Support employee performance management and training initiatives.
Coordinate employee leave, attendance, andnel administration.
Ensure compliance with Cambodian labor laws and company policies.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist with employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
Coordinate monthly payroll information with the Finance department.
Maintain payroll-related employee records.
Ensure employee data changes are accurately communicated for payroll processing.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree HR experience for 2 years as a minimum Good knowledge of Cambodian labor law and HR best practices.
Experience with HR administration and payroll coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
Good command of English.
Khmer is required; French is an advantage.
Strong interal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and independently.
