Description

Develop and execute corporate affairs strategies aligned with goals and market needs.
Manage government, regulator, media, and key stakeholder relationships with professionalism.
Lead public affairs, issues management, and crisis communication response plans.
Ensure consistent messaging across communications, advocacy, and corporate reputation efforts.
Monitor policy, regulatory, and industry developments to advise senior leadership.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with legal, compliance, HR, and teams.
Prepare leadership briefings, external statements, and strategic communication materials.
Represent the company in key forums, meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, law, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in corporate affairs, public affairs, PR, or government relations.
Senior leadership experience in telecommunications, media, or a regulated industry preferred.
Strong understanding of policy, regulatory, and stakeholder engagement dynamics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Khmer is an advantage.
Proven ability to manage sensitive issues, reputational risk, and crisis situations.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills at executive level.
Strategic thinker with sound judgment, discretion, and high professional integrity.
