About the role

Maintenance Operations Management Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to ensure maximum equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Monitor and optimize maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve asset performance. Establish maintenance standards, procedures, and best practices across all facilities and equipment. 2. Team Leadership and Management Lead, and develop the maintenance team to achieve departmental objectives. Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and training programs to enhance technical competencies and productivity. Foster a culture of accountability, team, and continuous improvement. 3. Budget and Resource Management Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources. Monitor maintenance expenditures and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising operational performance. Manage spare parts inventory, tools, equipment, and external service providers. 4. Project Management Plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance-related projects, equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvements. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and company objectives. 5. Safety, Compliance, and Quality Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Promote a strong safety culture and implement initiatives to prevent workplace incidents. Maintain quality standards and ensure maintenance activities meet operational and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience.
Strong knowledge of Maintenance (MEP).
Proven leadership, people management, and decision-making capabilities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficient in maintenance planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Ability to effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
