About the role

Process and analyze mortgage loan applications of individual and corporate clients by conducting credit investigations, scoring, credit checking, and underwriting activities to ensure good lending and loan quality.
Maintain existing and build new mortgage clients in accordance with policies and procedures.
Collect required documents, gather valid financial records, and conduct credit investigations and site visits to analyze financial status, credit, property evaluations, and repayment capacity.
Prepare and execute loan contracts, arrange timely loan disbursement, and explain loan products and terms to clients.
Make regular site visits to existing customers to monitor loan collateral and financial situations, follow up on delinquent clients, and process registration of title deeds at local authorities and land offices.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Banking, Accounting, or any relevant field.
Minimum two years of experience in mortgage, lending, banking, and financial services.
Excellent knowledge of bank branch operations, rules and regulations, laws, granting loans, and credit risk management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong knowledge of mortgage loan policies, credit analysis, and property evaluation.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to analyze financial documents, assess credit risk, and deliver presentations effectively.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Ability to use Microsoft Office and Bank's software.
