HR Intern

Assist in recruitment and selection processes (posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews) Support onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Assist in preparing HR documents (letters, reports) Support attendance tracking Assist with NSSF-related documentation and filing Help organize training, staff engagement, and company events Support HR compliance with internal policies and labor regulations Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned

University student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Basic understanding of HR functions and labor law is an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good organizational and time-management skills Willingness to learn and able to work in a team
