University student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Basic understanding of HR functions and labor law is an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good organizational and time-management skills Willingness to learn and able to work in a team
