ABOUT THE ROLE
Sales Supervisor leads daily commercial sales activities, coaches the sales team, and drives revenue growth across B2B and retail accounts.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Train, mentor, and oversee daily activities of sales representatives to maintain performance standards.
- Establish daily and monthly sales KPIs and actively track individual and team quota progress.
- Prospect and convert corporate accounts such as hotels, spas, and hospitality venues.
- Market and cross-sell customized commercial and retail laundry packages to expand market share.
- Oversee key client accounts, conduct service reviews, and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
- Handle client complaints and service issues swiftly to sustain high retention and satisfaction scores.
- Review sales performance reports and analyze market trends to inform pipeline strategies.
- Recommend adjustments to pricing structures and launch promotional campaigns based on demand insights.
Requirements
- With 1–3 years in B2B sales or customer service, preferably within the laundry or hospitality sector.
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and supervise a field sales team to hit targets.
- Strong client engagement and problem-solving skills to manage accounts, resolve complaints quickly, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Basic computer literacy with solid organizational skills for sales tracking, reporting, and data confidentiality.
- Proficiency English preferred, along with a valid driver’s license and schedule flexibility.
