About the role

Facilitate tasks related to card machine and card processing from frontline to Head Office, maintaining confidentiality and monitoring stock of card materials, and supporting in KHQR & ABA merchant task activities, while providing excellent customer service through accurate and timely customers’ card issuance and consultation on the card products, services, and benefits.
Card Application Verification and Submission: Collect and follow-up all card applications from frontline personnel to process card issuance.
Verify valid information for card application according to internal process to prevent any fraud and strengthen compliance.
Scan and input card application in a shared drive for the Customer Service Team to keep them informed of the application.
Follow up and follow through if there is any error or pending files from related stakeholders to meet with the due date.
Card Maintenance Request: Provide card maintenance services to customers by preparing relevant documents and working closely with authorized parties to ensure card information is amended correctly.
Follow up request status if there is any error or pending information from related stakeholders to comply with the SLA (Service Level Agreement).
Card Handover: Receive physical cards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information (card and customer) to avoid any financial risks.
Receive captured cards from branch key-authorized personnel or Customer Service Department (CSD) and control captured card stock to ensure proper safeguarding.
Verify and check log delivery with actual cards and captured cards to keep track of all deliveries.
Properly keep and manage stock control of card materials to avoid any losses or damage.
Contact and handover new cards or captured cards to customers and verify customer’s information (NID, passport, signature, picture, etc.) to eliminate errors and ensure accuracy and timely manner of card delivery.
Prepare acceptance/release capture form and supporting documents related to captured cards, send to CSD and forward to BOO to facilitate the customer with the return of accessible and functional cards.
Overdue Physical Card Handling: Check closed card reports (new cards) from CSD to destroy them by complying with internal processes and due dates for efficient card stock management.
Check and prepare a list of captured cards that are overdue to CSD to set card status and to reconcile and arrange card destruction for actual overdue cards.
Ensure all overdue cards are stored separately from valid cards to avoid any incidents.
Documentations and Reporting: Prepare and send daily card received by customer reports, enclosed with acceptance forms to CSD and set the card status in the card system application.
Prepare and send reports related to captured cards, stock cards, and KHQR to all relevant stakeholders.
Prepare card delivery reports for VISA credit merchants.
Facilitation and Support to Card Machine and KHQR Merchant: Onboard customers to install the ABA Merchant app or fill in documents for customers unable to install the app, while printing and installing KHQR for them based on the internal process of QR Delivery.
Guide and assist customers to emboss cards at the Card Machine if needed.
Refill blank plastic cards in the Card Machine once receiving notification from the in-charge team or running out of card slots.
Monitor blank plastic card stock and collect captured cards from the reject box to keep in new card stock.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements

High diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Banking, Accounting, or any relevant field.
Minimum one year of working experiences in banking and financial services industry.
Basic understanding of the bank branch operations, rules and regulations, laws, and risk management.
Good customer services skills.
