Digital Marketing Officer to manage digital campaigns, create engaging online content, and strengthen the company’s brand presence across social media and digital platforms.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects and properties.
• Manage social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and coordinate engaging content, including property posts, videos, campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads and Google Ads, to generate leads and increase project awareness.
• Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, engagement, leads, and conversion rates.
• Prepare regular digital marketing reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with the Sales, Leasing, and Marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify digital marketing opportunities and trends.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4+ years of experience in digital marketing; experience in real estate/property marketing is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing.
• Good content creation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns/projects.
• Good command of English and Khmer.
