Marketing Specialist

ABOUT THE COMPANY

An International diagnostic and eye-care hub delivering in-clinic optometry services and connecting patients to advanced surgical care across the regional network.

Marketing Specialist will accelerate brand presence and patient lead generation across Vietnam by spearheading creative promotional initiatives, multichannel social strategies, and targeted digital marketing campaigns.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Execute dynamic marketing launches, promotional campaigns, and brand-building activities to drive patient footfall and engagement.
• Manage, monitor, and optimize marketing expenditures to maximize return on investment and ensure strict adherence to approved budgets.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and local market research to benchmark services, evaluate consumer trends, and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Measure and report the performance and ROI of ongoing marketing campaigns using tracking metrics and digital analytics.
• Develop, curate, design, and publish engaging content across social media channels to enhance brand presence and community interaction.
• Oversee the end-to-end production and distribution of physical and digital promotional collateral.
• Support special strategic projects, launches, and cross-functional tasks assigned by management.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven hands-on marketing experience, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Google Analytics, social media management, and digital performance optimization.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and content design abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• High level of creativity, adaptability under pressure, and the capacity to meet strict project deadlines.
• Professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
