About the role

Manage and oversee the daily work of the graphic design creative team to achieve set sales targets.
Assist in planning work and managing staff performance with the department head.
Study new design trends and technologies in the graphic design field.
Resolve design-related and project issues in a timely manner.
Prepare projects and create plans to manage the design workflow in close collaboration with the department head.
Create digital artwork or vector illustrations, storyboards, and generate new poster ideas independently to support company campaigns.
Contribute opinions and creative ideas in creating various materials to promote the company's identity.
Create and generate ideas for digital drawing designs based on company work requirements and all company media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, Website, and other media platforms).
Maintain consistency in all designs to ensure accuracy according to the company's branding guidelines.
Initiate ideas to create various designs in line with company promotional campaigns and special events.
Review print work to ensure color management, paper selection, and all printing materials are printed correctly and with high quality.
Share and teach work techniques as well as guide junior designers.
Report work to the department head and resolve work issues within the team and with related departments.
Maintain order, respect discipline, and internal regulations of the company.
Complete other tasks as instructed by management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication.
At least 2 years of work experience in graphic design.
Experience in managing a team.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Design...).
Understanding of Branding, Typography, Layout Design, and Social Media Design.
Skills in using digital drawing tools (Procreate, Wacom Tablets).
Can use English well to a moderate degree.
Age between 20 to 35 years old.
Meticulous, patient, and highly committed to work.
Loyal and responsible for work.
Good collaboration and communication skills at work.
Willingness to learn and quick learner.
