About the role

Support the end-to-end development of merchandise collections, including drinkware, serveware, lifestyle goods, and retail accessories.
Translate seasonal campaigns and brand storytelling into cohesive product assortments.
Collaborate with designers, agencies, and global teams to refine concepts and visual direction.
Contribute to balancing trend-forward design with commercial viability and customer appeal.
Manage development timelines from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, and schedule targets.
Partner with Marketing, Retail, Supply Chain, and Global Product teams to support successful product launches.
Support visual merchandising and in-store storytelling to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
Monitor product performance and support improvements and iterations for future collections.
Contribute to building a pipeline of innovation for seasonal and core product ranges.
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior to identify opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in design & fine art, Industrial Design, Fashion, Marketing, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in product development, merchandising, marketing communications, or retail design.
Experience in developing merchandise collections or retail product lines is a plus.
Strong sense of aesthetics, including color, materials, and form.
Good awareness of global design, fashion, and lifestyle trends.
Sensitivity to local cultural nuances and consumer preferences.
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Effective collaboration and communication skills across local and global teams.
