About the role

Manage and maintain records in QuickBooks.
Prepare monthly and annual tax reports, including TOI submissions.
Handle customer payments and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collections.
Handle bank payments to suppliers and ensure accurate reconciliations.
Manage petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation.
Compile and present financial reports for management review.
Submit monthly and annual reports to government authorities.
Attend government seminars to stay updated on tax and regulatory changes.

Requirements

2+ years of tax & account experience.
Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Good command of English (writing, speaking, reading, listening).
Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
Independent, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.
