About the role

Contact and maintain relationships with customers to provide accurate product and service information.
Prepare and track orders, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery.
Support the sales team in preparing documents, price quotes, and daily/monthly sales reports.
Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and sales operations.

Requirements

Completed high school or bachelor's degree related to business/marketing/sales.
Prior work experience in sales or internal Admin will be a special consideration.
Good communication skills, fluent in Khmer speaking and writing; basic English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Proactive, honest, patient, and able to work well in a team.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks correctly.
