ABOUT THE ROLE Marketing Supervisor, you will oversee daily marketing operations and execute brand strategies across digital and traditional channels, bridge the gap between strategy and execution, guiding a creative team to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company goals. WHAT YOU WILL DO Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and events. Manage, mentor, and guide a team of marketing specialists, graphic designers, and content creators. Review and approve all marketing materials to ensure visual identity and brand consistency. Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, analyze data (such as ROI and conversion rates), and prepare reports. Manage marketing budgets and track spending across advertising platforms and vendors. Collaborate with internal sales and product teams, as well as external agencies, to meet deadlines and business objectives.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior coordinator role. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, CRM tools, and SEO/SEM best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma is a plus). Excellent project management, leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
