About the role

Leads the planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of CamboJA's capacity development activities.
Works closely with journalists, media workers, and other target groups to assess learning needs, design and deliver training and coaching programs, monitor learning outcomes, and ensure compliance with organizational and donor requirements.
Promotes ethical, professional, and accountable journalism through training, mentoring, and partnership initiatives.
Plans, organizes, and implements capacity development projects and activities.
Contributes significantly to planning and delivering training and ongoing coaching for local journalists and citizen journalists on professional, accountable reporting of public financial management-related topics.
Delivers trainings and consultation workshops to strengthen the ethical reporting capacity of CamboJA’s target beneficiaries.
Coordinates logistical arrangements for capacity development activities, including venue, catering, materials, agendas, concept notes, training plans, and reports.
