About the role

Own the project plan, timelines, dependencies and status reporting for major projects in Asana.
Coordinate daily across marketing, art, legal, finance and production, and keep every stream moving.
Track budgets against commitments and flag gaps early; keep stakeholders informed with accurate numbers.
Run check-ins and circulate clear action items, owners and deadlines.
Prepare documents and materials for client and partner meetings, attend them, and follow up on what's asked.
Present two or three viable paths forward whenever something goes off track.
Support the CCO's wider load: join meetings when needed and help him stay on top of priorities.
Improve templates, trackers and reporting cadences as the team scales.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree.
3 years of history in project coordination, production, operations or similar (candidates with less experience and clear evidence of a project-management mindset will be considered).
Fluent in Khmer and English, spoken and written.
Financial literacy: budget tracking, spend and vendor commitments.
Experience with Asana or similar project-management tools (or quick to learn), plus Google Sheets and Docs.
Concert, festival or live-music experience; experiential design; vendor management.
Strong written communication and attention to detail.
Calm under pressure, with absolute discretion on confidential matters.
