About the role

Promote company logistics services to new and existing customers.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct customer visits, calls, and follow-ups on a daily basis.
Prepare service quotations and proposals based on customer needs.

Requirements

Negotiate pricing, service terms, and delivery solutions with customers.
Convert potential leads into active customers.
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
Understand customer logistics needs and provide suitable service solutions.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with operation teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
