About the role

To support the Loan Administrative team at the branch to smoothen all functions of the office, keep customers satisfied, and maintain continued profitability of the Bank.
Learn, verify, follow up, and prepare legal documents to ensure they are valid and completed in accordance with loan policy.
Learn and assist with organizing and securing all loan documents, both hard and soft copies.
Learn and assist in clearly identifying the final approval of each loan application, whether at the branch level or from the Credit Committee, as part of compliance with the Bank’s loan policy.
Assist in processing loan disbursements within the loan disbursement timeframe to keep customers satisfied with fast and convenient customer service.
Follow up with the Monitoring team regarding any client’s insurance expiration dates to maintain secured loans.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Associate or bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, accounting, or any relevant field.
None or experience in banking and financial services industry.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Ability to use Microsoft Office and Bank’s software.
Good organizing, recording, and filing skills.
Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors.
Good problem-solving, negotiation, and internal skills.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
