About the role

Acquire and onboard medium loan clients.
Analyze and process loan applications by conducting credit investigations, scoring, credit checking, and other underwriting activities to ensure good lending and loan quality.
Maintain existing and build new medium clients in accordance with guidelines.
Collect clients' required documents for loan application.
Conduct credit investigation to analyze applicants' financial status, credit, property evaluations, and repayment capacity.
Conduct site visits during loan assessment to obtain in-depth information and ensure sufficient security.
Process and prepare Credit Appraisal Reports for loan approval.
Explain different loan types and credit options to clients.
Make regular site visits to existing customers to monitor collateral and financial situations, and develop relationships.
Monitor recommended/processed loans for timely repayment and ensure Portfolio At Risk remains within acceptable levels.
Liaise with Head Office to follow up on post-disbursement conditions and financial covenants.
Follow up delinquent clients immediately and refer cases to the supervisor.
Discuss credit-related issues and loan packaging to provide financial advice and tailored solutions.
Handle clients' issues or complaints to find amicable solutions.
Stay abreast of new types of loans and financial services to meet customer needs.

Requirements

Fresh graduate or bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, accounting, or any relevant field.
None to less than one year of experience in banking and financial services industry.
Basic knowledge of the bank branch operations, rules and regulations, laws, granting loans, and credit risk management.
Demonstration of presentation and sales skills.
Good customer service, client relationship management, communication, negotiation, problem solving and internal skills.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Good Microsoft Office and Bank’s software.
Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors.
Good problem solving, negotiation and internal skill.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
