About the role

Establish relationships with local and international organizations to seek for financial and technical support to the NGO/.
Identify and search for various projects to submit project applications in link with the NGO/ activities.
Plan, manage, implement, monitor and evaluate projects from conception to completion.
Plan and manage various internal projects such as the short courses and the annual Entrepreneur Challenge.
Manage, monitor and update all digital platforms and profiles (Website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube).
Plan, manage and monitor the monthly newsletter (English and French).
Design and publish organic and digital content materials to promote recruitment efforts, fundraising events, activities, events, student’s life and projects.
Identify the most effective communication channels to promote the NGO/ activities and actions.
Assist in events planning and execution in collaboration with all department heads.

Requirements

Dynamic, creative, hard-ing, flexible, hands-on, detail-oriented.
High level of sensitivity; ability to effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Strong analytical, reporting and writing abilities.
Good digital skills, proficiency with MS Office is required. Knowledge of Moodle is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French and Khmer are a plus.
Knowledge of South East Asia in general and Cambodia in particular is an advantage.
A team player who possess good interal skills, confidence and maturity to interact effectively with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
