About the role

Lead and supervise the Customer Service team.
Ensure reception operates smoothly and professionally.
Monitor appointment scheduling and booking accuracy.
Oversee phone, Telegram, email, and Facebook communication.
Maintain high service standards and professional tone.
Train and guide new reception staff.
Manage front desk organisation and presentation.
Monitor and check front-of-house stock.
Support roster coordination and report issues to management.
Handle client concerns calmly and professionally.
Ensure accurate payment handling and administrative compliance.
Stay aware of daily hospital activity and priorities.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience.
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong Khmer and English communication skills.
Organised and detail-oriented.
Confident and accountable.
Calm under pressure.
Professional attitude and appearance.
