About the role

Effectively maintain and manage IT Assets stock through regularly monitoring the stock availability, executing stock storage process, and properly maintaining reports of received stock, physical counting, safe storing, and secure disposal of assets.
Execute stock control operations with warehouse staff as well as Finance Departments to properly manage optimal stock.
Ensure a correct inventory of IT Assets from System auto generating data and physical counting.
Regularly monitor IT Asset stock and take timely action in reporting to the line manager to ensure an optimal stock as well as prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock.
Prepare the reports of received stock, physical counting, safe storing, and secure disposal of assets on a monthly basis.
Execute the processes of stock storage including managing items from the time they are delivered, stocking, and movements within a warehouse.
Maintain proper storage and security of materials through scheduling shipments and arranging storage to ensure that materials are available at needed locations and moved to the right locations.
Maintain a secure and steady flow of stock from the storage to where it is needed through verifying with asset owners and proper keeping of forms for reference.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with the asset management system.
Monitor, study and escalate any inventory discrepancies with asset owners to ensure resolving of the issues.
Keep up to date about the knowledge of new processes related to IT Asset management.
Ensure timely actions and reporting of any issues to line manager.
Other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field.
None or less than one year of ing experience as a stock controller.
Experience in supply chain data analysis/stock management is an advantage.
Knowledge of inventory planning, controlling, and organizing.
Good collaboration and communication skills.
Demonstration of tasks management, time management and priorities management.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bank’s software.
Strong dedication to details and accuracy.
