About the role

Comprise SWIFT knowledge as the SWIFT message creator/inputter based on the customer's request/all stakeholders' inquiry and respond to the correspondent bank query by following the compliance rules and ITT/OTT procedure accordingly.
As SWIFT Creator, to input all information into the SWIFT system accurately.
Record all daily OTT & ITT transactions manually into Excel.
Monitor and support branches regarding inward and outward remittance processes/transactions and other related matters.
Enquire OTT & ITT through email or into the SWIFT system.
Record and control ITT & OTT problems.
Report monthly ITT and OTT problems to the head of the department.
Ensure effective cooperation and maintain close communications with all units, departments and branches.
Perform other tasks assigned by managers or the head of the department.
Other duties as required to ensure the operational effectiveness of the Financial Institutions Group.
Strictly comply with instructions relating to security and confidentiality.

Requirements

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in SWIFT operations is preferred.
A bachelor's degree in administration, finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
A good understanding of the SWIFT operations processing in relation to the outward and inward telegraphic transfers is also required.
Multitasking, strong organizational skills, and detail and result orientation.
Dynamic, good interal skills, fast learning, desire to help people, and positive attitude.
Good command in English communications for both written and verbal.
Computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Knowledge in Chinese (Mandarin) will be a plus.
