About the role

Prepare, review official documents, concept notes, meeting minutes, and other administrative documents of the faculty.
Organize, classify, and store documents in an orderly and easy-to-find manner.
Prepare work plans, track progress, and evaluate the work plans of the affiliated health sciences faculty.
Participate in coordinating schedules, meetings, and other events of the faculty.
Monitor the implementation of decisions and tasks assigned by the leadership.
Facilitate communication between the affiliated health sciences faculty and related units.
Coordinate the organization of workshops, conferences, and visits.
Coordinate the preparation of protocols and reception of national and international guests.
Comply with assignments from the leadership of the affiliated health sciences faculty and UHS.

Requirements

Age between 25 to 45 years old.
Proficiency in English (written, read, listen, and speak).
Knowledge of French is an advantage.
Proficiency in using computers for Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and electronic communication programs such as Internet, Email, Telegram, and others.
High sense of responsibility, meticulousness, friendliness, and good communication skills.
Leadership skills, responsibility for tasks, and teamwork spirit, full of initiative and problem-solving skills.
Honesty, adherence to ethics and internal regulations of UHS.
High flexibility and willingness to learn new things.
Knowledge of using AI for administrative and communication tasks.
Vaccinated against COVID-19 as required by the Ministry of Health.
