About the role

Deliver actionable data-driven recommendations to enhance digital marketing efforts, growing traffic, deepening user engagement and maximizing stickiness.
Collaborate with Marketing and BI teams to consolidate data from various sources and generate insights based on the data to assist in marketing decisions.
Gather information on competitors’ social media and analyze when needed.
Collect and analyze internal/external data regarding customer preference, demographics, buying habits, and needs to better identify market potential and factors influencing products/services demand.
Evaluate consumers' behavior and recommend enhancements on products/services.
Support daily, weekly, and monthly marketing campaign performance tracking.
Act as main contact point between the marketing team and the data team.
Build Dashboard and Data Visualization to present key insights to the and provide recommendations and action taken.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, , or related field.
At least 2-3 years’ experience ing in data analytics roles in marketing agency, telecom, commerce, banking, or other industries.
Proficient with Excel and data visualization tools – Power BI, Tableau etc. Be able to write code in SQL, Python and other s is a plus.
Experience with app and web analytics implementation, e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase.
Good understanding of digital marketing, customer behavior, customer insight, and social trends.
Good at translating data into simplified graphs.
Strong at problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Be a self-ter and willing to learn.
Be able to enjoy ing with large data sets and new technology.
