About the role

Execute and monitor COB (Close of ) and EOD/EOM/EOY processes to ensure timely completion.
Perform log reviews, validate reports, and coordinate with teams on COB results and exceptions.
Respond to system incidents, service alerts, and user-reported issues, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
with vendors and higher-level IT teams to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
Maintain incident and problem management records in accordance with ITIL processes.
Coordinate closely with departments to align on COB , exceptions, and reporting requirements.
Communicate operational issues, delays, or system risks promptly to management.
Support change management activities, testing, and deployment of new system features.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, audit requirements, and internal controls.
Participate in risk assessments, DR drills, and improvement initiatives.
Contribute to system upgrade planning, testing, and go-live readiness.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in IT operations, preferably in banking or financial systems.
Hands-on experience with Temenos T24 (Transact)
Prior experience running and monitoring COB/EOD/EOM/EOY processes.
Basic understanding about RHEL/Linux, Oracle Database, batch job scheduling, and log analysis.
Familiar with system monitoring tools, incident ticketing systems, and basic scripting (Shell/SQL).
Good problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Clear communication and ability to under pressure or off-hours.
Proactive and detail-oriented with high responsibility for system availability.
Good at English (Speaking, Reading, Writing
