About the role

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure seamless waste collection services.
Oversee daily cash collection according to National Customer Service Manager plan.
Assist the NOPM in developing company-wide operational policies and procedures.
Oversee recruitments, performance appraisals, staff training in collaboration with HR Department.
Oversee and monitor the implementation of salary payments for the branch.
Develop and manage the branch’s financial plan and annual budget.
Monitor daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, billing, and cash flow.
Review monthly financial reports and approve operational expenses.
Lead internal audits to ensure financial efficiency and transparency.
Negotiate with local suppliers to secure favorable terms.
Perform additional duties as required by the company.
Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to health and safety protocols for all branch staff.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Social Science, Education, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year in community outreach, teaching, training, marketing, or NGO work.
Confident public speaker, able to engage children, adults, and owners.
Good report writing skills.
Good communication and relationship-building skills with staff, NGOs, and local authorities.
Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; basic social media skills are an advantage.
Knowledge of waste management, recycling, or environmental issues in Cambodia is an advantage.
Dynamic and pro-active.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, patient, organized, and self-motivated; able to work independently and in a team.
