ABOUT THE ROLE
Project Manager will be responsible for managing exclusive residential developments from start to finish—driving sales, organizing launch events, and building strong relationships between developers, sales teams, and marketing divisions to maximize revenue.
WHIAT YOU WILL DO
Oversee assigned sole-agency residential developments to ensure sales targets, marketing activities, and client service standards are successfully met.
Collaborate with developers and internal stakeholders to create and implement high-impact sales and marketing plans that maximize unit absorption and revenue.
Plan and direct property exhibitions, launch events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns to drive market awareness and sales momentum.
Lead daily sales operations by monitoring lead conversion, unit reservations, client negotiations, and transaction progress to achieve key performance indicators.
Partner with the marketing team to establish compelling project positioning, advertising materials, digital campaigns, and branding initiatives.
Conduct regular competitor analysis, pricing trend tracking, and buyer preference research to provide actionable strategic recommendations.
Act as the primary liaison between developers, investors, and internal teams, ensuring transparent communication and strong satisfaction.
Organize product briefings and training sessions for the sales team to ensure deep product knowledge and effective client engagement.
Prepare and present detailed performance reports covering sales achievements, pipeline health, market feedback, and challenges to senior leadership.
Support growth initiatives through proposal preparation, pitch presentations, and tender submissions to secure new sole-agency mandates.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or MBA is an advantage).
5–10 years of experience in residential real estate sales and leasing, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong people management skills with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and fostering accountability.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills; proficiency in regional languages (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) is an advantage.
Advanced command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and modern sales/CRM tools.
High level of professionalism, integrity, business ethics, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
