About the role

Develop and execute promotional and marketing initiatives to drive card product growth and digital payment solutions.
This role involves campaign design, performance analysis, partnership management, and digital marketing coordination to acquire new customers, strengthen brand presence, and ensure promotional activities deliver measurable commercial results within budget.
Initiate, design, and support promotional schemes and activities to drive card product and digital payment solution uptake.
Develop product and promotional advertising materials aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Oversee timely promotion and campaign launches, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance against targets.
Conduct post-campaign evaluations, including P&L analysis, documenting key findings and recommendations.
Prepare clear documentation and proposals for management.
Analyze prospective customer demand and market trends to identify acquisition opportunities.
Design and execute targeted promotions to acquire new cardholders and digital payment users.
Negotiate terms with external partners and merchants, preparing corresponding agreements.
Build and maintain effective relationships with partners to support joint promotional initiatives.
Coordinate digital marketing activities, including promotional videos and tutorial clips, to strengthen card branding and increase product exposure.
Manage and control the section’s budget, ensuring expenditure remains within approved limits.
Undertake other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education -Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field.
Experiences – At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within banking, financial services, or the card and payments sector.
Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and interal skills.
Sound negotiation skills.
Creativity and effective time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, internet, and email applications. ality & Attitude – Strong commitment and a harding attitude.
Fast learner who is adaptable and proactive.
Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
