ABOUT THE ROLE A Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new business, managing consultations, demonstrating software, and closing deals to hit targets. WHAT YOU WILL DO Prospect via cold calls, referrals, events, and digital channels while qualifying marketing leads. Conduct meetings and software demos to evaluate needs and present tailored solutions. Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, overcome objections, and hit monthly sales quotas. Partner with onboarding teams for smooth handovers and report pipeline progress to the Sales Supervisor. Maintain accounts: Update CRM records accurately and nurture long-term client relationships for renewals and upselling.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Experience: 1 to 3 years in B2B sales, with SaaS experience as a strong advantage. Strong communication, persuasion, interpersonal abilities, and a results-driven mindset. Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce. Fluent in Khmer with conversational English.
