About the role

The consultancy service involves the Digital Livestock Extension System (DLES).
Key experts will not be evaluated at the shortlisting stage.

Requirements

Shortlisting consultants will be required to meet the following minimum criteria: Core and Years in: Demonstrate 5-6 years of continuous operational experience in areas relevant to this assignment Specific Experience: Demonstrate at least 6-7 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing digital platforms, ICT service delivery systems, and/or multimedia IEC materials, especially for agriculture, livestock, or rural development programs/ 4-5 previous contracts of similar scope and nature to the assignment.
Technical Capability: Demonstrated limited team composition and availability of experts as specified in Terms of Reference (TOR).
Managerial Capability: Demonstrates 4-5 contracts of similar scope implemented in East Asia and the Pacific (EAP).
Experience in Cambodia will be an advantage.
