About the role

Plan and execute video shoots for products, brands, campaigns, events, and social media.
Set up and operate cameras, lighting, microphones, tripods, and other production equipment.
Capture high-quality video footage, product shots, interviews, demonstrations, and lifestyle content.
Ensure proper framing, composition, lighting, focus, exposure, and audio quality.
Conduct on-location shooting at offices, warehouses, factories, stores, cafés, events, and other locations.
Coordinate with the Marketing and Sales teams to understand video requirements.
Ensure all footage is properly organized and backed up after shooting.
Edit short-form and long-form videos for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
Create engaging video content using appropriate pacing, transitions, music, sound effects, subtitles, graphics, and animations.
Perform color correction and basic color grading.
Clean and enhance audio where necessary.
Add logos, product information, promotional messages, and other branding elements.
Resize and optimize videos according to each social media platform's specifications.
Create different versions of videos for different platforms and campaigns.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
Graphic design and video production for 2 to 3 years as a minimum.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom.
Experience with Canva and CapCut is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of photography, videography, lighting, and composition.
Ability to create motion graphics and simple animations.
Understanding of social media content formats and digital marketing trends.
Creativity, attention to detail, and strong visual storytelling skills.
Good communication, team, and time management abilities.
